1 · Accepting these terms
By downloading or using Thai Lottery Checker (the “app”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
2 · What the app does
The app checks Thai Government Lottery numbers against published results, scans ticket QR codes, and keeps a personal history. With a free account and Premium it can also back up your tickets, check them automatically when results are published, and send win alerts. It is an information and convenience tool only.
3 · Not affiliated with the GLO
We are an independent app and are not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by the Government Lottery Office (GLO) or any government body. We do not sell lottery tickets or pay out prizes.
4 · Accounts
Cloud backup, sync, and automatic checking require signing in with Apple, Google, or email. You are responsible for keeping your account secure, and you can delete it at any time from Settings.
5 · Accuracy of results
We work to keep results accurate and current, but data may be delayed or contain errors. Manual and automatic checks are for convenience only — always confirm winning numbers and prizes with the official GLO announcement before acting on them.
6 · Premium subscriptions
Premium is offered as a monthly (฿39) or yearly (฿299) subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase (฿599). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Payment is charged to your app store account and managed there.
7 · Developer tips
You may optionally send a one-time tip to support development. Tips are voluntary, non-refundable, and do not unlock any additional features.
8 · Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. The app is intended for users who are of legal age to play the lottery in their jurisdiction.
9 · Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on results shown, missed prizes, or unclaimed tickets.
10 · Changes & contact
