Most people have no account to delete
Thai Lottery Checker works without an account. If you have never signed in, your checked tickets and preferences live only on your device — no data of yours is on our servers. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage, removes everything.
Delete a Premium account from the app
If you signed in for cloud backup or Premium, open the app and go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently and immediately removes your synced tickets, device records, and account details from our servers, and signs you out on every device.
Request deletion by email
If you can’t access the app, email contact@maxirocket.com from the address you signed in with and ask us to delete your account. We remove the associated data within 30 days and confirm by reply.
What is deleted
Your account record, your cloud-synced tickets, and your registered device/notification tokens are deleted. Purchase and payment records held by the App Store or Google Play are managed by those stores; billing records we are legally required to retain are kept only as long as the law requires and are not tied to your app usage.
